Age of Heaven Age of Heaven - The Providence

Little hands you hit them
Can't hold on
Little feet you tread on them
Cannot go straight on
Little creatures you cause them pain
Become a stoop, get ugly
Little souls you break them
Will leave their body

Again a little baby is born
Comes into this dreadful world
Its fate is already foreordained
It will die of hunger and cold
Another child is growing up
Growing up in hate
It's a victim of the law
Of a too rich state

It's a providence of nature
To give mother the responsibility
It's a providence of nature
To lay a baby in her lap
It's a providence of nature
To give mother the responsibility
It's a providence of nature
That she decides to give birth or not

These seven wise men who decide
Seven very old men
And this white-haired lady too
They cannot understand
The church, god and jesus christ
Want to save the unborn life
Promise you salvation in heaven
But daily so many children die
